Be the heartbeat of The Love Paradise
In June 2024, we created The Love Paradise to give our GEM Daughters a safe and brave space, with digital resources, mentorship and a supportive network. It has grown steadily since then, and it now needs a dedicated person to nurture it full-time.
You'll keep the community engaged and safe, write the content that brings members together, and send newsletters to our community and email subscribers.
Your day to day
Engage the community
Spark conversations, respond to members and welcome new faces.
Grow the community
Plan activities, live sessions and campaigns that bring people in.
Create content
Write uplifting posts, prompts and discussions on a regular schedule.
Protect the space
Keep the community safe, kind and respectful for every member.
Write newsletters
Plan and send newsletters for The Love Paradise and GDN subscribers.
Learn new tools
Pick up the productivity and email tools we use, and grow with us.
Is this YOU?
Strong writing skills and a warm, engaging voice
Experience with newsletters, social media or online communities
A teachable spirit and readiness to learn new tools

Reliable, organized and self-motivated when working remotely
A heart for helping women and girls affected by fatherlessness
