MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
Manage publicity, social campaigns, and media storytelling.
Develop visuals, videos, and creative assets.
Coordinate PR, partnerships with traditional media, and digital promotion.
Maintain brand identity and emotional tone across all platforms.
Oversee newsletter, post-event storytelling, and media recaps.
Tell stories & create content for global visibility

ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNITY TEAM
Manage participant journey from awareness to post-conference follow-up.
Oversee speaker, moderator, and facilitator communication.
Ensure smooth pre- and post-conference relationship nurturing.
Lead feedback collection and emotional support initiatives.
Transition attendees into our signature programs and community.
Human connection & attendee engagement

PARTNERSHIP & OPERATIONS TEAM
Handle all outreach and coordination of speakers, sponsors, and partners.
Manage system support, scheduling, research/planning, and event logistics.
Oversee documentation, administrative support, and project tracking.
Collect data, monitor success indicators, and report impact metrics.
Ensure seamless operational flow and system reliability throughout the event.
