In a world where every woman and girl manifests what’s being deposited in them, we believe that women and girls who grew up having dysfunctional relationships with their fathers can move past their pain and function from a place of worthiness.

Hence, if you are a fatherless/daddyless daughter, we are passionate and committed to reaching out and supporting you—regardless of what part of the world you reside in—with resources, mentorship, opportunities, and a loving community to elevate, equip, and empower YOU.

While our GEM Daughters Network shares similar experiences of fatherlessness, challenging father-to-daughter relationships, or raising children without their fathers, we guide you through our signature model, focusing on helping you reclaim—reframe—redesign your life. We see you as rare, precious stones cut and polished for greatness. We see ONLY your sparkling strength and we help you transform into your FULL potential.

OUR SIGNATURE APPROACH

It’s essential for us that our GEMs receive scientific-based and experiential-proven strategies that produce tangible positive outcomes. Rather than adopting any publicly available means of information, we’ve created an ecosystem of solutions designed around daddyless daughters experiences to move them toward formation (sense of purpose, values, beliefs, and attitudes) and eventually the transformation of themselves.

OUR PURPOSE

We are a social change advocacy community-based organization focused on supporting women and girls who have experienced—or are experiencing—an absent, abusive, detached, dysfunctional father-to-daughter relationship.

OUR MISSION

We are on a mission to address the social issue of fatherlessness by reaching out to one million daddyless/fatherless women and girls to transform them into priceless GEMs—where we help support them in breaking dysfunctional patterns, promoting their mental and economic wellbeing, and building a stronger foundation and future for themselves.

OUR VISION

We envision a global nexus of sisterhood where healing is possible, growth is unstoppable, and transformation is inevitable. We see a society or world where every fatherless/daddyless daughter experiences are reshaped to fully reclaim her identity, reframed to rise above her emotional scars, & redesigned to radiate her worth and decisions.

OUR NUCLEUS!

The population that form the core of GEM Daughters consists of individuals directly affected by fatherlessness and others who can support our mission to create thriving GEMs through community, empowerment, and transformation!

    • Daughters of Absent Fathers: Young girls and women who have grown up without a father due to various reasons such as death, divorce, abandonment, emotional disconnection, incarceration, or estrangement.

    • Teenagers and Adolescents: Girls navigating their formative years without paternal guidance or support.

    • Adult Women: Women reflecting on and addressing the long-term effects of growing up without a father.

    • Single Mothers: Women raising children without the presence of a father figure, seeking resources and support for their daughters.

    • Extended Guardians taking care of children affected by fatherlessness and looking for guidance.

    • Successfully Transformed Women: Women who have overcome fatherlessness and want to give back by mentoring and inspiring others in our network.

    • Positive Male Models or mentors who are willing to serve as father figures or role models to our young GEMs.

    • Nonprofit Leaders: Individuals from organizations focused on family dynamics, child development, and women’s empowerment.

    • Policy Advocates: People working to enact policies that address the root causes of fatherlessness and provide systemic support.

    • Professionals: addressing family dynamics and advocating for children’s emotional and social development.

    • Educators: Teachers and school counselors interested in providing additional support to daughters of absent fathers.

    • Family, Friends, & Allies: Supporters who are passionate about providing a network of care for affected individuals overcoming the psychological or emotional effects of abandonment, neglect, or other traumas related to fatherlessness.
