The Nordic Scholarship Programme supports students and researchers conducting Africa-focused work in the social sciences and humanities who are based at universities or research centres in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Iceland. Selected scholars spend one month at the Nordic Africa Institute in Uppsala, Sweden, with travel expenses, accommodation, workspace and a daily subsistence allowance provided. Master's students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers and mid-career researchers may apply.
